Principles and application of project governance within the overall approach to projects. |
A project and its roles and responsibilities must be set out in a structured manner. This structure includes both the project lifecycle and the organisational hierarchy. This module covers the topics from the APM Body of Knowledge (BoK) section 6, including: The importance of a project lifecycle and the description of a generic lifecycle including concept, definition, implementation, handover and closeout The process of putting the deliverables into operational use during handover and closeout.APM Qualifications
