APMP Module 6 Business and Commercial

It is important to take account of the business and commercial environment with which the project operates. These can be set by the project or imposed by the organisation. In this module we cover the processes described in section 5 of the APM Body of Knowledge (BoK), including: How to ensure the benefits generated by the project will be commensurate with the investment through the preparation of a sound business case. How to develop a strategy to procure resources from outside the organisation.

APM Qualifications

(APMP)

APM Accredited ProviderThe Association for Project Management (APM) has a wide range of project management qualifications for project managers from an introductory to professional level. These include the APM introductory Certificate (APM IC), Foundation level APM Professional (APMP), Practitioner Qualification (APM PQ).
