I was quite surprised Yesterday to find my self running an end of course quiz with a bunch of project managers making animal sounds to buzz into the questions. You never see that on University Challenge. One team used the sound of a dog, the other a cat and I am not sure what animal the other team was. It was quite fun though.

Good evening Paul,
Please can you help me outline the benefits provided by PMO in the strategic management of an organisation and its contribution to a sustainable competitive advantage, how can PMO address the current problems of project failure and how the PMO can be improved or optimised.
Thanks.
Kind regards -
