Hi Paul,

With regards to the question above, could i answer with the procurement strategy i.e. make/buy decision, choice of contractual r/ships, reimbursement menthods, supplier selection and contract admin?

    It is a more general question. Answers might be understand your objectives for the negotiation, understand what the supplier might want, Understand you fall back position, agree who should be in your negotiation team, agree you margin for negotiation with you senior managers etc.
