PMP Question – List & Describe 5 Components Of A PMP

Hi Paul,

When answering the question of ‘List & Describe 5 Components of a PMP’, which is the best way to structure the answer…?

Can it be structured ‘What, How, Who, When, Why’ etc… or should it be more prescriptive, i.e. ‘Executive Summary, Policy and Procedures, Schedules, Budgets, etc…’?
