Michelle Greaves


Michelle has over 9 years’ experience in education, policy and project management in the public and private sector.
Originally graduating a as Chemist, Michelle quickly developed a passion for managing people and scheduling, facilitating Lean and Six Sigma processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Michelle’s project management career became fully established when working for Raytheon Professional Services, a military and automotive training provider where she managed the development and implementation of a new recruitment system for organisations apprenticeship programme whilst also gaining a Level 3 qualification in teaching. Further roles implementing change management programmes within the further and higher education including new process and software systems were effectively delivered using her experience of project management methodologies to use the right method for the right project. Michelle spent several years within the Civil Service regular for higher education as a policy adviser, project manager and trainer before moving to Parallel Project Training in 2017 where she delivers bespoke and accredited APM qualifications to a variety of organisations in the public and private sectors.

Key Achievements:

Developed the organisations project management network in the civil service through the introduction of a mentoring and support scheme and developing and delivering introductory and intermediate courses to project management.
Delivering project management courses to a variety of organisations on behalf of Parallel Project Training by undertaking business and project management process reviews, developing course design and tailoring materials to deliver bespoke training solutions.
Responsible for the coordination and delivery of the trailblazer Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship, delivering the APM PMQ to apprentices through a variety of delivery models including online webinars.
