Corporate Project Management Professional (pmp)®
Certification Training

PMP Certification is one of the most widely recognised international certification standards from the Project Management Institute Inc. (PMI)® in the USA.

Over 400,000 project managers recognise the value of PMP across many nations. As such the PMP represents a truly global project management certification standard because it requires individuals to demonstrate both an understanding of the Project Management Institute's, "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge" (PMBOK® Guide) and have a significant track record delivering projects.

The qualification is highly valued by organisations and individuals alike. For organisations it gives them the confidence that their project managers have a solid foundation in the principles of project management and for the individual it provides personal recognition and growth. Research by the PMI shows that holders of the PMP earn 10% more than non accredited colleagues (PMI Salary Survey - Sixth Edition). Details of our in-house corporate courses are below. Follow this link for our open public PMP certification courses.

The PMP demonstrates competency to lead and deliver projects. The topics covered are based on detailed research into the key areas of knowledge required to deliver successful projects. This has identified that project managers must have the ability to

  • Lead a project across the whole project management life cycle from initiation to project closure
  • Lead multifunctional project teams from different part of the organisation
  • Apply a methodology appropriately to projects which have reasonably well defined requirements and deliverables
