Delivering projects within the logistics sector presents a unique set of challenges. Organisations are often balancing operational performance, customer expectations, cost and margin pressures whilst implementing change initiatives, technology programmes and process improvements.
Projects frequently involve multiple stakeholders across operations, transport, warehousing, technology, customers and suppliers. Tight timescales, operational dependencies and service requirements can create additional complexity when managing scope, risks and implementation activities.
