Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) is a globally recognised programme management framework that provides organisations with a structured approach to delivering complex change and achieving strategic objectives.

Our MSP® Foundation and Practitioner course is designed to help delegates develop the knowledge and practical skills required to understand and apply the MSP® framework. The Foundation qualification introduces the core principles, governance themes and programme management lifecycle, while the Practitioner qualification focuses on applying this knowledge to real programme scenarios.

The course can be taken as individual Foundation or Practitioner qualifications, or combined into a five-day programme, allowing delegates to achieve both certifications in a single learning journey.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for the MSP® Foundation qualification.

To take the MSP® Practitioner examination, delegates must first achieve the MSP® Foundation qualification. If you book the combined Foundation & Practitioner course, you will complete the Foundation examination before progressing to the Practitioner qualification.
