From the train station use the South Exit (town side). Turn right past the taxi rank and continue to  Caversham Road. Once you meet Caversham Road turn left and 40 Caversham Road is 100 yards on the left-hand side of the road. Reception opens at 8:30 and after checking in the reception team will direct you to the training room that is on the first floor.
