Structure of the PMP CourseOverview of the PMBOK® Guide structure including processes and knowledge areas and the interaction between them. This session also includes a discussion of how the project management can be applied in organisations with difference cultures, structures and lifecycles. Project Management IntegrationThis area repressed the key skill of the project manager to see thebig picture and the overall condition of the project. It includes critical documents such as the Project Charter and Project Management Plan and essential processes such as directing and managing project execution, monitoring and controlling project works, integrated change control and closinga project or phase.
